Marketing Manager

Christian is the Marketing Manager where he oversees a team of innovators and ensure all content produced matches our standards.

Christian is a graduate of Montclair State University, getting his Bachelors in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing. During this time, he also became a member of the American Marketing Association, Golden Key National Honor Society, and Beta Gamma Sigma. After graduating from college, he started his career path by interning at Adapting Social. Within a short period of time, Christian was hired as a full-time employee in the Marketing Department.

Fast-forward a little bit and Christian is now the Marketing Manager here at Adapting Social. Under Christian, he has an Assistant Marketing Manager and an amazing team of Account Strategists and Senior Account Strategists. While concurrently holding a few accounts of his own to manage, Christian helps ensure that all content that the department produces is within Adapting Social’s standards and he also plays a role within the Leadership Team, where he helps create and perfect internal processes to ensure a smooth experience both internally and externally for clients. In addition to this, Christian was among the first members of the Internal Process Committee (IPC4), where team members are given an opportunity to instill even more change and assist in culture-building opportunities within Adapting Social.

Christian had also been awarded the title of Gladiator of the Year in 2020, where Adapting Social had given him a paid vacation to a place of his choosing, which was Italy. Though, aside from these, he is a team member who enjoys collaborating with his other team members and loves to not only see his own success for his clients but also his team’s success and overall growth for their clients and professionally.
