With more than 10 years of experience in hospitality, behavioral health, and operations across multiple industries, Samantha is committed to ensuring that all clients are set up for success from day one.
Samantha would argue that her CX career started before she was even aware there was a dedicated practice around CX. Throughout her career, she was naturally drawn to roles that allowed her to positively and ethically serve both her customers and her company!
Samantha decided to take customer experience “personal” about 4 years ago, leaving the supplier side to actively manage CX from the client side. She is literally walking in her customers’ shoes now and has been lucky to have worked with a great number of thought leaders in the CX space.
With the ability to establish a strong rapport through continuous communication, harnessing a solution-based mindset, and a sincere desire for brands to create success, she is ready to partner with YOU!
