Caitlin is a graduate of Towson University where she studied Art & Design and Information Systems with a concentration in User-Interface Design. Initially being a Graphic Design major, Caitlin discovered an entirely different side of design after taking a Computer Science course. This opened the door for her to find the perfect balance of using her creativity and admiration for computers and technology. This led to her double majoring in the two fields that would help her achieve this goal.

Caitlin joined the Adapting Social team in 2016 as both a Graphic and Web Designer. Over the years, her focus and role has shifted solely to the Web Design department. Fast forward to 2022, Caitlin is now the Web Manager at Adapting Social with an incredibly passionate team of Web Designers, Senior Web Designers, and Developers. While Caitlin’s main focus is to help develop and maintain the Web Design Department, she often jumps in to create landing pages to ensure our Web Design department is creating innovative and lead-driven designs.

Caitlin received the Gladiator of the Year Award in 2017 which is a team-voted award in which Adapting Social provides a paid vacation for the winner, which landed Caitlin in Ireland. As a former member of the Internal Process Committee (IPC4) and having an active role on the Leadership Team, Caitlin has had a hand in creating and maintaining changes and processes within Adapting Social that benefit the team and our clients to ensure the best experience possible. That aside, Caitlin is a team member who enjoys supporting her team and loves to see them grow every day.
