Chief Operating Officer

Christopher is the Chief Operating Officer where he is responsible for the company's overall growth, team happiness, and development.

Christopher started his academic career in London, graduating with two degrees, Communications and Art, Design & Media. With a previous background in hospitality, Christopher jumped into Hospitality Management, managing a hotel and overseeing its marketing/branding efforts. After a few years in the hospitality industry, Christopher was presented with an opportunity to join a startup in the Digital Marketing realm.

Currently, Christopher is the Chief Operating Officer at Adapting Social, and ensures that the right products, capabilities, processes, platforms, and tools exist so the team members can best deliver client outcomes and satisfaction. He collaborates with all members of the organization, especially his management and leadership teams to help grow and develop them professionally.

To help further the development and growth of Christopher, he frequently attends Leadership Academies that revolve around Building High Performing Teams and Cultures and is in the beginning stages of implementing a Deliberately Developmental Organization structure within Adapting Social, which will focus on developing individuals to become leaders in their own way. By doing this, Christopher is currently focusing on becoming a “Master Coach” which will give him the tools to accomplish this for Adapting Social.
