Some things to remember.

When is cutoff time?

We observe a “cut-off time” for processing new requests. This means any requests submitted past the cut-off time that day will not be worked on until the following business day.

The current cutoff time for standard users is 3PM EST. If you submit a request after 3PM EST on a Friday, it will be processed on the next business day (i.e. Monday)

What About Bleed?

I hope you mean in relation to print. If you are really bleeding, get a bandage, or see a Doctor.

Yes, not only do we know what bleed is, we incorporate it into your design! If you are designing a typical business card that is 3.5′ x 2″, you can ask your designer to account for bleed, typically 1/8′ on every side.

If you have a different measurement in mind, please tell your Account Strategist! If you want to incorporate the bleed into the dimensions yourself for the business card (3.75″ x 2.25″), simply tell your designer you already accounted for bleed into the dimensions of the card.

Unless you provide additionals information regarding bleeds, we will automatically design with a 1/8″ bleed and 1/8″ margin.
