Jamean has always been fascinated by personal and professional growth. He revolves his life around the idea of “Kaizen” or continuous self-improvement. He has studied many different schools of thought and pursued higher education in the professional, and self-development fields. He is a Certified EFT Practitioner, and a Certified Success Coach specializing in Imposter Syndrome. He spent 9 years in the Marine Corps as a Combat Photographer and Photojournalist.

While pursuing education in professional development Jamean had an opportunity to be coached in public speaking by the great Les Brown. Since then he has spoken at over 30 digital engagements leading and inspiring thousands of executive-level business leaders.

Jamean is a Journeyman Photographer and holds a bachelor’s degree in Marketing from the Hassan School of Business at Colorado State University. Jamean believes nothing happens by accident and was introduced to the CEO of Adapting Social at a Tony Robbins event. The two “accidentally’ met and Jamean has been a part of the Adapting Social family ever since.

Jamean’s role as the Director of New Partnerships is to interview prospective clients, learning what their needs and KPIs are. He’s responsible for qualifying leads to ensure clients are a good fit for Adapting Social and vice versa. As an expert in professional growth and marketing, Jamean is able to assess businesses at a high level to recommend successful strategies.
