Matthew Napoli graduated in 2018 from Philadelphia University with a B.S in Industrial Design with a concentration in User Experience. For as long as anyone can remember Matthew has been creative. From legos and colored pencils to 3D printers and CAD Matthew has always been solving problems with design. While at University Matthew participated in various design sprints with companies such as Johnson & Johnson, Timex, and Koehler and was instrumental in organizing one of the first Student Run Design conferences in the country.
After graduating, Matthew took some time to travel before applying for a graphic designer position at Adapting Social. In just over a year Matthew rose to become a graphic design manager and in another year was promoted to Design Operations manager. He works closely with the COO and with the visual arts department heads to optimize internal processes and communication techniques.
