Happy 13th Birthday, Adapting Social! Our CEO & Founder, John Vagueiro, started the company in 2010 as a teenager eager to create a legacy. He had no college education, no money, a few crazy ideas, A LOT of energy, and his Grandma Joan as the company bookkeeper!
We’re proud to announce that we have officially been in business for 13 years! In reflecting on the past 13 years servicing businesses throughout the World, John shares:
“I’ll never forget the first client that gave me a shot and said YES. I remember thinking in my head .. wait really!? I played it off cool, of course, and told him I would put him into my schedule...even though I didn’t have one. He’s still a current client today”.
That one “yes” took John 2 months of going door-to-door in the midst of winter. Rejection after rejection, finally his persistence paid off. “I would do it all over again”, John excitedly declared.
