Navigating the real estate industry during the pandemic, this Veteran was ready to make his mark in New York City – closing a deal every 117 hours – but did not have a solidified brand or anywhere to send his new connections to.
To be able to stand out amongst the other 30,000+ agents in Manhattan, Jake aimed to share his personality, his story and his motivation with everyone he set out to meet. He needed a centralized location where he could share listing information, resources, his story and his daily thoughts. Somewhere a consumer could go to and immediately understand on a personal level WHO Jake is.
Immediately, we began to build a website that was bold and bright – similar to Jake’s personality. It encompasses various real estate tools, neighborhood guides, blogs by Jake and real-life imagery of him. To help spread awareness of the new website, various graphics were created to promote brand consistency with links and references back to the website.
In just under three months, 1,659 users visited the website with over 2,000 sessions taking place. 80% of that traffic was generated from social channels, while 15% came directly to the website; fueled from print materials created and distributed to his target market.
