Social Media has become consumers go-to platform to learn about company backgrounds, offerings and experience. With a platform so accessible, and with so much information, there is rarely a desire for someone to leave the social platform to navigate to the website. For brands looking to push their website’s user experience to help convert potential leads, it has become more difficult to do so organically on social media.
The Meridian Advisor team is a luxury real estate group based in Miami Beach. While they’re listings are represented through social media, consumers mainly benefit from the experience of searching and learning listing details through the website. Our challenge was encouraging their social following to navigate directly to the site from one of these platforms.
The Journey.
We created a social media strategy that used engaging and relatable content to first grab the attention of our audience. Social captions were created to keep consumers engaged and wanting to learn more. Then, our team compiled links that related to the content created, and found ways to incorporate intriguing call-to-actions into the captions to drive traffic to the website.
The Outcome.
In a 30 day period, there was a 254.5% increase in the number of users navigating to the website from one of Meridian Advisor’s social channels, resulting in a 7% increase overall in website users. The amount of time spent on the page by users originating from social media increased 92.98%.
