Landmark Athletic’s and Fitness is Monmouth and Ocean County, NJ’s fitness, health & wellness, sports performance & recovery hub and home of the nationally recognized Mad Dog Lacrosse. With a state of the art facility offering over 20,000 sqft. of indoor space and an additional outdoor space of 15,000 sqft., LAF is equipped for mass challenge sign-ups while also giving everyone the space they need while working out.

The Challenge.

The fitness industry is extremely competitive, especially in the region Landmark Athletic’s and Fitness is located. With gyms and studios gathered just blocks from eachother, LAF’s mission was to stand out in a dense competitive market through “challenge” sign-ups.

Our Approach.

Budgets were allocated to Google and Facebook with various objectives combined with support through boosts as time led up to the Challenge start date. We targeted look-alike audiences with exclusive offers and content that created a fear of missing out. Pairing these paid marketing tactics with traditional email marketing strategies, as well as, SMS campaigns, our goal was to create touchpoints with our audience on various channels.

The Result.

The Fall 2022 challenge yielded 243 sign-ups – a 107% increase from the year prior.
